Texas State Women in Leadership is a close knit circle of Texas State student leaders who strengthen women's leadership characteristics and empower each other. We are an organization set on creating a foundation of leadership skills that can be applied towards social and career aspects. Our supportive and outgoing community conducts outreaches and socials for our members and fellow Texas State students.

Joining WIL develops so many leadership opportunities. If you are just starting your college career and finding ways to build up your leadership skills then WIL is for you! WIL aims to promote confidence for women who are just finding their place on campus. Our group meetings also consist of relatable discussions, issues occurring for women all around the world, and being a woman in the work force.
