UPDATE

We are deeply saddened to announce that Women in Leadership will not be meeting this semester due to a lack of membership and the graduation of all of our officers. If you or someone you know are interested in bringing back WIL, please contact our advisor Laramie McWilliams at laramie@txstate.edu.

Thank you for your support over the years and we will miss you all!

Love, WIL

stop following.
START LEADING.

Women In Leadership at Texas State University is a registered student organization devoted to educating, empowering, and developing student leaders through a female driven perspective. In WIL you learn what it means to be a woman in leadership, the troubles you may face and, how to become your own definition of success.

As a member you will connect with a network of WIL alumni, develop career goals, connect with other girls that want to thrive on campus, and find your home among like minded women. A number of events take place throughout the year including workshops, discussions, fun socials, and training.

Women In Leadership was founded at Texas State University the fall semester of 2014 by a couple of women and their advisors. Through hard work and dedication, WIL is a growing and supported student organization on the Texas State campus.
